Academics
Inspiring and Preparing Students for College
Small Classes and Quality Instruction
Academics at Marine Military Academy are grounded in the core disciplines of English, mathematics, social science, science, and foreign language, but just as important is a student's transformation into a responsible learner and informed citizen. MMA has a proven record of preparing young men for college-level work. One hundred percent of MMA's graduates are accepted into colleges or universities.
Academic success in a large and impersonal high school is a challenge for many young men. For those who are struggling, academic success becomes more like academic survival until graduation. The Academic Department’s role is to create an environment, where young men grow into disciplined, morally strong, college-ready individuals who are prepared for responsible leadership.
